Postcards galore!

I did say I was going to blog about the postcards I've received for the past 2 weeks. I just love receiving these great stuff in the mail...I keep on getting surprised with the quality of cards I receive from all over the world. If you haven't signed up for a Postcrossing account, I suggest you get there right now. This is such a worthwhile hobby that I don't mind spending a few bucks over.

Stuff I received via random draw at Postcrossing:

Museu da Inconfidencia, Brazil

Schwarzwald, Germany

from Finland

The postcard below is probably the best one I've received since I joined. I thought at first that it was just a regular postcard, but when I read the sender's message, I realized that this was a photo she took! And check out her handwriting...

Postcards I received via private swap:

Maple Story ad card from Malaysia

Kitteh card! Check out the stamps that came with it.

Llanthony Priory from UK

The Acropolis from Athens, Greece
Holland's windmills

Jetoy card from Korea

Wooden clogs from Holland

A self-made birthday postcard sent by Valerie from Singapore :D

Buddha from Borobudur, Indonesia

Princess Maria Romanov from Russia

One of the old French postcards sent to me from the US. This card dates back from the year 1910, hence the very soft & fragile state of the paper.
