It's LIVE, folks! The #buqoYA bundles are now available at the Buqo digital store and you can already purchase them from the app. For the uninitiated, Buqo is a digital book store where you can buy ebooks (here's a guide on how to install the app, create an account, and purchase books).
In case you might ask, the bundles will be exclusively available in the digital store for a certain period. Let's support our local authors by purchasing the books in Buqo (since it's also a book store for the Filipino reader)!
The bundles are the end product of our writing class with Mina V. Esguerra and as I've mentioned in a previous post, the experience opened my eyes to a lot of things, particularly with the way I write. People say that writing is a solitary experience, but this class made the process fun and worthwhile. Some of my classmates even blogged about their writing journey for this class.
But hey, the fun doesn't stop there! The fabulous Dianne of Oops! I Read A Book Again is organizing a blog tour this April and May for all the bundles. I've signed up for this promotion to give our readers more info about the stories and get them excited to read! Hope you can tune in this blog as the tour starts next week.
To celebrate this exciting occasion, we're having a launch party/event alongside the National Book Development Board's book fair today, April 25, at the Greenfield District in Mandaluyong. We will be reading excerpts of select stories per bundle. We hope you can swing by and jam with us!
